【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandarddescribesastatistical,so-calledsingle-measurement,model(SDmodel)forusingsinglemeasurementsforproductionqualitycontrolpurposesataproducer'smanufacturingsite,evenifastandardtestmethodspecifiesreplicatemeasurements.Thestatisticalmodelisalsoapplicabletotestmethodswhichcallforrepeatedoperations.Ageneralapproachtotheprecisionstatementintestmethodstandardswhichproducenumericalresultsisalsodescribed.Thestatisticalmodelisonlyapplicabletotestmethodswhichgiveresultsthatfollowanormal(i.e.Gaussian)distribution.Theprincipleofthestatisticalmodelisbasedonthedeterminationofupperandlowerproductionlimits,takingintoaccounttheaccuracyandthereproducibilityofthetestmethod,thelatterbeingaddedtotheproductionlimitsinordertodefineanareaoutsidetheproductionlimitsinwhichatestresultcanfallowingtothenatureoftheproductionprocessand/orthetestmethod.ThisInternationalStandardisdesignedforprojectmanagers,headsoflaboratoriesandproductionmanagers.However,thesupportofastatisticianishighlyrecommended,andsometimesindispensable,forprovidingthenecessarytechnicalbackupandstatisticalanalysis.IfthisInternationalStandardisusedincombinationwithatestmethodstandard,thisneedstobeclearlyindicatedinallrelevantdocuments,e.g.productspecifications,productionprocessspecificationsandcontracts.
