【摘要】:EuropeanStandardspecifiesthecategoriesofflammablematerialswhichareprohibitedinalltoys,andrequirementsconcerningflammabilityofcertaintoyswhentheyaresubjectedtoasmallsourceofignition.ThetestmethodsdescribedinClause5areusedforthepurposesofdeterminingtheflammabilityoftoysundertheparticulartestconditionsspecified.Thetestresultsthusobtainedcannotbeconsideredasprovidinganoverallindicationofthepotentialfirehazardoftoysormaterialswhensubjectedtoothersourcesofignition.ThisEuropeanStandardincludesgeneralrequirementsrelatingtoalltoysandspecificrequirementsandmethodsoftestrelatingtothefollowingtoys,whichareconsideredasbeingthosepresentingthegreatesthazard:?toystobewornonthehead:beards,moustaches,wigsetc.madefromhair,pileormaterialwithsimilarfeatures;mouldedandfabricmasks;hoods,head-dressesetc.;flowingelementsoftoystobewornonthehead,butexcludingpapernoveltyhatsofthetypeusuallysuppliedinpartycrackers;?toydisguisecostumesandtoysintendedtobewornbyachildinplay;?toysintendedtobeenteredbyachild;?soft-filledtoys(animalsanddollsetc.)withapiledsurfaceortextilesurface.NOTEAdditionalrequirementsforflammabilityofelectrictoysarespecifiedinEN50088,SafetyofelectrictoysandEN62115,Electrictoys-Safety(IEC62115:2003+A1:2004,modified)
