【摘要】:Thistestmethodisusedtoindicatethedeformationtendencyofmicrocellularmaterialsthatmayoccurduringpaintapplicationinanassemblyplantoperation.Sinceastandardspecimenisused,heatsagmeasurementscannotbeassumedtobeexactlythosewhichwilloccuronapartduringorafterthepaintapplicationandbakingoperationofanassemblyprocess.Beforeproceedingwiththistestmethod,referenceshouldbemadetothespecificationofthematerialbeingtested.Anytestspecimenpreparation,conditioning,ordimensions,orcombinationthereof,andtestingparameterscoveredinthematerialsspecificationshalltakeprecedenceoverthosementionedinthesetestmethods.Iftherearenomaterialspecifications,thenthedefaultconditionsapply.Note28212;Thistestmethodisapplicabletosolidurethanes.1.1Thistestmethodcoverstheprocedureandapparatusformeasuringhigh-temperaturesagofmicrocellularurethanematerials.1.2ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.1.3Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.Note18212;ThereisnosimilarorequivalentISOstandardtothistestmethod.
