【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandarddefinestermsforthoserefractoryproductsandmaterialswhichareclassedashightemperatureinsulationwools(HTIW).ItalsoestablishestheclassificationofinsulatingrefractoryproductsmadefromHTIWandspecifiesmethodsfordeterminingthethickness,bulkdensity,resilience,permanentlinearchange,tensilestrengthandmoistureandorganicmattercontentofHTIWproducts.ItappliestoHTIWbulkwool,blankets,felts,mats,boards,pre-formedshapesandpapers,withtheexceptionofproductsdeliveredinawetstate.Furthertestproceduresareindevelopmentandwillbeincludedoncetheyhavebeenratified.Theseincludea3pointbendtestforboards,alengthweightedfibrediametermeasurementtechniquebyScanningElectronMicroscope,shotcontentmeasurement(dryandwetmethods)andthermalconductivitymeasurement.ThereisashotcontentmethoddescribedinISO10635andthereisathermalconductivitytechniquedescribedinASTMC201.
