【摘要】:ThispartofISO6162specifiescompletegeneralanddimensionalcharacteristicsforflangeheads,splitflangeclamps(FCS),one-pieceflangeclamps(FC)andportsapplicabletofour-screw,splitandone-pieceflangeclamptypetubeandhoseconnectorsforuseatpressuresof35MPa(350bar)to40MPa(400bar).Italsospecifiesthedimensionsofthesealstobeused,aswellasthegroovestohousetheseal.ThispartofISO6162alsorecognizestheneedtoaccommodatemetric(type1)screwfasteners,aswellastoprovideameanstouseexistinginch(type2)screwfasteners.Theseconnectorsareintendedforapplicationinhydraulicsystemsonindustrialandcommercialproducts,whereitisdesiredtoavoidtheuseofthreadedconnectors.Surgesofpressurehigherthanthenominalratingswillreducetheabilityoftheflangeconnectorstoretainthehydraulicfluid.Thisshouldbetakenintoaccountinthedesignofthehydraulicsystem.note:1)1bar=0,1MPa=10Pa;1Pa=1N/m.
