【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesahighperformanceliquidchromatographic(HPLC)methodforthedeterminationofN-methylcarbamatepesticidesincereals,fruitsandvegetables.Themethodhasbeenvalidatedbycollaborativestudyforcarbaryl,carbofuran,methiocarb,methomyl,oxamylandpropoxurparentcompoundsandformethiocarbsulfoxideingreenpeppersandapplesatlevelsbetween0,08mg/kgand0,9mg/kg.Nocollaborativedataareavailablefortheperformanceofthemethodinthedeterminationofothersignificantmetabolitesalthoughitisknownthatthemethodwillnotworkforoxamylandmethomyloximes.
