【摘要】:ThisBritishStandardprovidesguidanceonassessingthepossibilityofinadvertentextractionofenergyfromanelectromagneticfieldpropagatedfromradiofrequency(RF),radarorothertransmitterantennasandthecouplingofthisenergytoanelectro-explosivedevice(EED)inamannercapableofcausinginitiation.ThefrequencyrangecoveredbythisBritishStandardis9kHzto60GHz.ThisBritishStandardonlyappliestobridge-wiredeviceswhicharedirectlyinitiatedbyradiofrequencycurrentanddoesnotapplytospecialdetonators,forexample,electronicdetonators.Itdoesnotcoverthesimilarhazardarisingfromelectromagneticfieldsgeneratedbyothermeans,forexampleelectricstorms,electricitygeneratingplantorpowertransmissionlines.ThisBritishStandarddoesnotapplytothefollowingequipment:—airbagignitersforautomotiveapplications(includingtheignitersbeforetheyarefitted);—specialpyrotechnicdevices;—pyromechanisms;—ignitersforfireworks;—specialmilitarydevices;—specialsafetyequipment.NOTEThemethodsofassessmentfrom9GHzto60GHzarebasedonextrapolationofdataforfrequenciesbelow9GHz.
